Who we are

mahercinematic.com is the personal and professional website of Maher Alshallahy, a Director of Photography (DOP) based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, specializing in product and commercial advertising videography.

Data we collect

Project brief form: when you submit a request we receive the name, contact detail (phone or email) and project details you enter. This data is used solely to reply to your request and is processed via Netlify Forms.

Usage data: we use Google Analytics with IP anonymization to understand visit counts and popular pages. We never sell your data or share it with any party for marketing purposes.

Ads measurement: if you arrive from a Google ad, contact clicks (WhatsApp or form submission) may be recorded as an ad conversion with Google to measure ad effectiveness — with no additional personally identifying data.

Cookies

Basic cookies from Google Analytics and Google Ads are used for measurement only. You can block them in your browser settings without affecting your browsing of this site.

Embedded videos

Our work is shown through the embedded Vimeo player, which only loads after you click a video. Playback is then subject to Vimeo’s privacy policy.
